The base is located in the forest, off the main road that leads through Pitstop. Coming from East, you need to turn North right after the "Black Coffee" place, leaving the main road onto the grassy section, then find your way through the maze of broken down roads. The place location is included in the collage.Its supposed to be a military housing town for Fort Knox, the military base. It's not in the game yet but it's planned, I think.
